Each of our practitioners has a rich history with sport, from collegiate tennis and skiing to mountaineering and ultra-trail running. We know what it is like to have an injury and want to get back on the playing field. We also know how to dovetail therapy with your sport specific training needs.

S.A.I.D. principal: Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands.  Do not confuse your body and waste time following unrefined training plans created for someone else that you found online. The same goes for treatment advice. Our practitioners are all experienced athletes.  Dr. Anderson can coach you on mental training strategies learned as a D1 tennis player.  Do you have questions about rock climbing Dragontail Peak or ascending Mt. Rainier?  Dr. Hendryx has a few tricks up his sleeve to help you summit.  If you have questions about your next 50 mile trail run or your first acscent up the Nose of El Capitan, Noal will be happy to streamline your training strategy.
