THE MYTH: Squatting is unsafe for people over 60, people with knee pain, etc... THE FACTS: Squatting is one of the most common and functional movements humans perform, and squats are essential for maintaining independence with mobility. Your PT can work with you on leg strength and proper movement patterns to keep you squatting for years to come! Thanks to the wonderful Penny for agreeing to model what safe squatting looks like for her after surgery 💪🏼 Keep your eye out for our blog post, which will debunk some other PT and fitness related myths!
